I love the satisfaction of creating something beautiful.

When I found out I was pregnant with my first girl, I was thrilled! I had always loved those handmade tutus and the way all the little girls seemed to dance around like they were a princess in a fairy tale. Of course, a tutu was the first thing I bought. I absolutely fell head over heels in love with these products. So I decided to start making them myself; and I found out how much I enjoyed making them. So, I started creating tutu after tutu and suddenly I realized that I had made WAY more tutus than my little girl could EVER wear. So I decided to open my Playfully Perfect Etsy shop and share my handmade tutus with others.

It also helps me to keep my sanity during those long, Wyoming winter months. Here, it's often said, We have 9 months of winter and 3 months of guessing. It's great to have something to keep my hands busy when I am stuck inside all day.
